The synergy within the group allows Alca Petroleum Company to offer a wide range of related services, including technical assistance, port operations control, costs and performance analysis, as well as legal and commercial representation. Acting beyond the primary mandate of a shipping agency, SISA offers complementary services such as customs representation (SISA is an Agreed Economic Operator and freight forwarder), ships brokerage, financial centralization of disbursement accounts, documentation (Bills of Ladings, ENS, charter parties…), maritime surveys etc. Our teams handle all types of cargo; from general cargo to refrigerated cargo vessels, dry and liquid bulk, roll-on-roll-off, heavy lift, container ships and cruise ships, etc. The services (24/7, 365 days) include monitoring shipping movements, coordinating and arranging crew changes, as well as tracking documents and further administration.

The management team has high level global experience of the energy and bulk storage industry and we aim to grow our business and customer base by adding to our solution offering. To achieve this we work constantly to upgrade, adapt and optimize our assets so that we maximize utilization. We have ambitions to extend our presence in Europe but will only do so when the right opportunities arise.

Central to our approach is a determination to meet the evolving and future needs of customers. We are therefore focused on providing storage for chemicals, renewables and synthetic products, along with new logistics services such as tank container storage. In doing so we recognize that the industry must evolve and play an active role in the energy transition.
